Services
My approach is part science, part creativity, and occasionally part goofball.

“Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It’s a relationship between equals.“
— Pema Chödrön
Individual Therapy
Sometimes it helps to have a space that feels like it’s just for you. A place to sort through difficult experiences, untangle old patterns, or think about what comes next. In individual therapy, we’ll use a mix of evidence-based approaches, creativity, and presence. We’ll move at a pace that feels right, whether that means focusing on practical coping tools, going deeper into exploration, or a bit of both.
Approaches I Draw From
I pull from several methods depending on what fits you best:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): for building skills to shift unhelpful thoughts and habits.
- Family Systems: understanding how our relationships and early dynamics shape us.
- Mindfulness and Creativity: using awareness and flexibility to stay grounded, present, and open to change.
- Relational Therapy: keeping the connection between us at the center, because the therapeutic relationship itself is often where real change begins.
What to Expect
Our first sessions will focus on getting to know each other, clarifying your goals, and finding a style that works for you. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. My aim is for it to feel collaborative, supportive, and responsive to your needs.
If these services sound like the right fit for you, let’s set up a time to talk and see how we might work together.
