About Me

Though we tremble before uncertain futures, may we meet illness, death, and adversity with strength; may we dance in the face of our fears.

— Gloria Anzaldúa

Therapy with me is pretty simple: it’s a space where you get to show up as you are, without needing to have everything figured out. You talk, I listen, and together we make sense of the messier parts of life.

Growth doesn’t have to feel clinical or stiff.

My approach mixes family systems and evidence-based tools with a lot of curiosity and care. Sometimes it looks like slowing down and really digging into patterns, other times it’s about finding small, doable changes that make life feel lighter.

The relationship we build is what makes it work.

Outside of therapy I perform and teach improvisational comedy, which means I spend a lot of time practicing creativity, presence, and rolling with the unexpected. I bring that same spirit into sessions, helping clients find confidence and flexibility as they navigate whatever comes next.

If you feel like my approach resonates with you, I’d love to set up a time to talk.
